Technical Production Specialist

You own our production from start to finish and make sure every system that leaves our building is ready for the field. How you get there is largely up to you: you plan your day, set your priorities and fix what slows you down. You're part of a small, fast-moving team where ideas get tried out the same week, not after three meetings. Every system you build goes straight to a real construction site, and you'll see the impact of your work every day.
What you bring
- A technical apprenticeship, HTL or similar.
- Skilled hands and a feel for technical systems.
- A structured way of working and high standards for quality.
- The drive to own things, not wait for instructions.
- Bonus: Experience building measurement systems .
- Bonus: Experience with SolidWorks
